Body Be Well teaches a contemporary approach to the original exercise method developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s; one that preserves the essence of the original technique but incorporates current training methods.



Includes: Nuts & Bolts; Pilates Philosophy; Full Pilates Certification Training; All modifications & variations; Manuals.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to guarantee a place in the course.
