Sara Sharpless
Certified Pilates Instructor
Sara’s Pilates journey began in 2011 when recovering from significant joint pain. It was amazing how Pilates immediately improved her health, strength and quality of life. From that moment on she has been hooked! Sara is passionate that Pilates can help all no matter what age or condition they are when they begin their journey.

Ilona Viczian

Ilona completed her training in Zurich, Switzerland. A recovering broadcast journalist she brings curiosity and compassion to her clients and teaching. Kaitlyn O'Halloran
Certified Pilates Instructor
With 6+ years of dedicated Pilates practice (fun fact; her first ever class was with Chelsea at BodyBeWell where she fell in love with Pilates!), Kaitlyn recently earned her mat Pilates certification to begin teaching and giving back to the community that has inspired her. Raina Levy

Alexis Aull
Certified Pilates Teacher
Pilates Events Coordinator
Alexis discovered Pilates in 2020 and was immediately hooked. The practice challenged her while also giving her permission to slow down and reconnect with her body—something that felt both grounding and empowering. A few years later, she felt called to teach, wanting to share the physical strength and emotional clarity Pilates brought into her own life with others.

Our Body Be Well Pilates instructors are trained in the classical techniques of Joseph H. Pilates in addition to contemporary and evolved modalities. All instructors have completed a 650+ hour comprehensive certification recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance. All instructors are CPR and First-Aid certified and continue their education through workshops, conferences, and extra training every year. Each of our instructors brings dedication, wisdom, creativity, and enthusiasm to their teaching. Many of our clients work with multiple instructors each week giving them variety in their workouts.
At Body Be Well Pilates, we believe in investing in great people. If you have something special to offer to our studios, we want to hear from you. We’re always seeking passionate and professional Certified Pilates Instructors (must be certified on all apparatus), sales, marketing, social media creators, and community influencers. Whether you're movement-minded, people-driven, or creatively inclined, we welcome those who are committed to helping others move better, feel stronger, and live well.
