Chelsea Streifeneder is the owner of Body Be Well Pilates & Healthy-ish in a Hurry. Chelsea is an NCPT Certified Pilates Teacher, Holistic Nutrition professional, and author, who wants you to live well and feel your best every day.


With over a decade of experience, Chelsea and her writing have been featured in Prevention, Women’s Health, Hudson Valley Magazine, Pilates Style Magazine, and more.

 

Chelsea manifests a deep love for Pilates, fitness and health and loves nothing more than helping others make their bodies become healthy and strong.

Meet our amazing and knowledgeable team.

Our Body Be Well Pilates instructors are trained in the classical techniques of Joseph H. Pilates in addition to contemporary and evolved modalities. All instructors have completed a 650+ hour comprehensive certification recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance. All instructors are CPR and First-Aid certified and continue their education through workshops, conferences, and extra training every year. Each of our instructors brings dedication, wisdom, creativity, and enthusiasm to their teaching. Many of our clients work with multiple instructors each week giving them variety in their workouts.
