Lift your Reformer and place the box or a bucket underneath.
Remove old grip mats + clean the floor.
Use included alcohol swabs to clean the bottom of each leg. Let them dry. (They won’t stick if you don’t let the alcohol completely evaporate!)
Peel off the backing.
Stick ’em on! (One per leg — super satisfying, we promise.)
