With this in mind we offer a Pilates program that is challenging, yet accessible and have designed a space for your practice that is clean, comfortable and functional.

There are tons of workouts out there claiming to be hard core. They promise plenty of pain
paired with profuse sweat in exchange for a kick-ass beach
body that will turn heads.
But if you can’t strut your stuff after class because you’re
stuck in traction, that
“hard core” body isn’t doing
you a whole lot of good!
Risk injury just to prove you’re “hard core?”
Body Be Well Pilates is different. No two bodies are the same, and our mission is to work with each student as an individual with unique needs and goals. We welcome people of all ages and levels of physical ability. Our instructors are all unsurpassable in their dedication to the clients and to the Authentic Pilates Method™ we teach and practice. Yes, you’ll sweat but you’ll do it in a safe environment. All of our workouts are led by rock star teachers who have undergone rigorous trainings, thousands of practice hours and continuing education every year and they understand the impact of the exercises they teach on your body. Weekend Warrior certifications? We don’t think so!
Our classes are specific to you. Our teachers push you to reach your limits and maximize your full potential. Each instructor brings their dedication, wisdom, creativity and enthusiasm to their teaching. Many of our clients work with multiple instructors each week giving them variety in their workouts. The result? A toned and strong body (and often the realization that workouts can be as fun as they are effective). However we will warn you that you might become a “Pilates junkie” just like us!
