Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup of maple syrup
2 cups of gluten free oats
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup of dairy-free chocolate chips
Directions
Mix.
Roll into bite-size balls and place on parchment paper.
Chill overnight.
Eat!
