Prep Time:
20 minutes to prep / 4-6 hours slow cooking time

Ingredients
4 large onions, sliced
1 8oz box of beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps butter
1 tbsps minced garlic
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp Thyme
1.5 cups of grated Gruyere
4 slices of French bread
Directions
Dump everything but the bread & cheese into the crockpot.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours.
Ladle soup into oven safe bowls.
Lightly toast the bread and place one slice on top of each bowl.
Top with shredded Gruyere.
Bake at 400 for 5-10 minutes.
Eat & enjoy!
