What do you do when you have 2lbs. of ground grass-fed beef from Butcher Box delivered?

You make chili!

This is a staple in my crockpot, a family favorite & the easiest thing to throw together.

What you'll need:

2lbs. of ground grass-fed Butcher Box beef

3 cans of Eden Foods kidney beans

2 cans of Thrive Market organic diced tomatoes

1 large jar (32oz.) of @laurelhillfoods salsa

1 tablespoon of chili powder, cumin, oregano & garlic powder

Cook & drain the beef.

Drain & rinse kidney beans.

Throw everything into a crockpot & cook on high for a few hours.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese & sour cream from Adams Fairacre Farms if desired.

Eat with a spoon or scoop up & eat with @gardenofeatinchips blue corn chips.
