Chelsea became a Pilates believer by experiencing it transform her own body. This transformation fueled her desire to learn and share this method with others.
With over nine years of experience in the field, Chelsea has worked with celebrities, athletes, and dancers, as well as clients ranging in age from young to old, both injured and healthy. Chelsea’s style of teaching is not to help people become a size “0”, but to be able to live a balanced healthy lifestyle and to inspire and motivate people to move. She manifests a love for Pilates, fitness and health and loves nothing more than helping others become healthy and strong.
Chelsea’s approach to teaching is practical, hands-on, warm-hearted, and accompanied with just the right amount of of humor to keep things light! Chelsea is passionate about sharing Pilates and strives to teach concepts as opposed to just teaching exercises. She inspires her clients to take what they learn in their sessions and apply it to their everyday lives. Chelsea aims aims to inspire and motivate people to move by tailoring the sessions according to their individual needs and goals. Chelsea believes that everyone needs, and is able to do, Pilates!
