  • Private Pilates Session

    Initial Private Session

    To begin your Pilates experience at Body Be Well, we highly recommend an Initial Private Session as the best way to introduce you to the amazing benefits of Pilates. This session introduces you to the language and basic concepts the Pilates Method utilizes. The trainer will design a program based on your personal body assessment and evaluation of your specific goals and needs.

    It's time to take your training to the next level! Whether you're looking to lose serious weight, change up your workouts or just tone up and be stronger, working one-on-one will allow you to maximize your personal health and fitness goals. Each 50-minute workout is designed to fit your needs and goals.

  • Semi-Private Pilates Session

    Semi-Private Session

    Want to share your Pilates session with a friend or perhaps make a new Pilates friend? Semi-Private Pilates sessions are a great way to lower the cost of Pilates and motivate you and your partner to continue your Pilates practice. Bring a workout partner or we will do our best to schedule you with another client although we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate you.

Group Classes

We are passionate about group classes at Body Be Well Pilates and that's why we offer our clients a variety of different classes to enjoy! Dedicated to creating a safe group class environment, we provide full-body workouts in an intimate class setting of 3 to 6 clients. Prior experience is highly suggested! 

  • Group Reformer

    This class provides a great opportunity for the dedicated Pilates student to maintain a consistent reformer-training program. Enjoy the variety of modifications and variations that this mixed level class offers to support and challenge your workout. This class focuses on endurance and core control while continuing to develop the basic Pilates repertoire. We ensure each client leans to execute the movements safely and efficiently with focused attention on reviewing equipment set up. Remember working slower and deeper can actually be a more challenging workout!

  • Tower

    Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.

  • Group Reformer + Stretch

    The Group Reformer Class provides a great opportunity for the dedicated Pilates student to maintain a consistent reformer training program aimed at strengthening and challenging your body. This class also incorporates a number of stretches aimed to increase flexibility and reduce stress and tension.

  • Cardio Jump Board

    This class is a fat-burning workout that gets your heart pounding. It's a fun, low impact and full body workout designed for anyone wanting a new twist on getting that heart rate elevated. You will perform jumping intervals on the jump boards with added Pilates strength work for terrific core work and more. Tone and strengthen your entire body with this class!

  • Pilates Mat

    Our Pilates Mat class will flatten your abs, shape your booty and legs, increase your strength and endurance, invigorate your mind, enlighten your spirit, and improve your posture, balance and coordination. Oh and did we mention it will also make you smile?! 

  • Create-a-Class

    Looking for a group class but need a different day or time than what we currently offer? Make your own! How it works: You get together a committed group of people (6 max) and decide what type of class you'd like, what day and what time works for all of you. You can then email us or call one of our studios and we'll set it up for you!
