    Private Session

    It's time to take your training to the next level! Whether you're looking to lose serious weight, change up your workouts or just tone up and be stronger, working one-on-one will allow you to maximize your personal health and fitness goals. Each 50-minute workout is designed to fit your needs and goals.

    Semi-Private Session

    Want to share your Pilates session with a friend or perhaps make a new Pilates friend? Semi-Private Pilates sessions are a great way to lower the cost of Pilates and motivate you and your partner to continue your Pilates practice. Bring a workout partner or we will do our best to schedule you with another client although we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate you.

    Online Classes

    Workout with the Body Be Well Team from the comfort of your own home. Sign up from anywhere and join us online for a workout that will relieve stress, help you breathe, boost your immune system and keep you strong and healthy. These workouts will be personal and customized and we will be able to SEE you (so no cheating). So grab a soft mat, dust those Pilates props off and get moving!

In-Studio Group Equipment Classes

Dedicated to creating a safe group class environment, we provide full-body, in-studio, equipment workouts for a maximum of 3 clients per group. All classes are 45 minutes long to allow for cleaning of equipment and transition of students.

Group Reformer

This class provides a great opportunity for the dedicated Pilates student to maintain a consistent reformer-training program. Enjoy the variety of modifications and variations that this mixed level class offers to support and challenge your workout. This class focuses on endurance and core control while continuing to develop the basic Pilates repertoire. We ensure each client leans to execute the movements safely and efficiently with focused attention on reviewing equipment set up. Remember working slower and deeper can actually be a more challenging workout!


Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.

Group Reformer + Stretch

The Group Reformer Class provides a great opportunity for the dedicated Pilates student to maintain a consistent reformer training program aimed at strengthening and challenging your body. This class also incorporates a number of stretches aimed to increase flexibility and reduce stress and tension.

Cardio Jump Board

This class is a fat-burning workout that gets your heart pounding. It's a fun, low impact and full body workout designed for anyone wanting a new twist on getting that heart rate elevated. You will perform jumping intervals on the jump boards with added Pilates strength work for terrific core work and more. Tone and strengthen your entire body with this class!
